pt-heartbeat log --monitor to a database

From bug 1006628:
It would be nice if pt-heartbeat supported an option with --monitor --daemonize to store the output to a table (as opposed to or along with a file). The table can be called heartbeat_stat and just have the one row with 4 columns of the curent delays and the averages. This way, if I am running some monitoring I dont need to have file access to the DB server but can just query the DB for it.
