pt-query-digest support request to explain DML

As of 5.6 EXPLAIN can be performed on DML queries along with SELECT statements. pt-query-digest should support explain on DML queries from pt-query-digest for MySQL 5.6. Currently, it coverts DML to SELECT query for explain output.
