pt-stalk collect BBU status

From bug 1178757: pt-stalk should collect BBU status info when triggered. The same information as printed by pt-summary in the 'RAID Controller' section would be enough.
I'm not sure if this should be like --collect-strace, or done via some more generalized mechanism so we avoid a bunch of --collect-whatever options.
