Rebase XtraBackup 2.1 on newer server versions

Currently XtraBackup 2.1 is based on rather old server versions (MySQL 5.1.59, PS 5.1.59-13.0, MySQL 5.5.17, PS 5.5.16-22.0). There's been a number of important bugfixes in InnoDB since those versions.

This is to rebase XB 2.1 on the latest server versions.

This should wait for 5.5.31 servers (both MySQL and PS) to be available, because it seems to be the first version where http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=66819 was fixed fully.
