[action] Use wugeo in Phatch

It looks like we could do something nice with wugeo, like converting an image to a world map with a spot of its location or just a spot on an alpha channel.

We should do probably something with it.

wugeo is only one small pure python file.See the geotag action for which fields are related to geotagging.

What?
- We could turn it in a action
- We could add it to the image inspector next to the preview

How?
- incorporate crop actions to specific areas such as Europe, USA, ...
- offer different markers (instead of the default ellips), could be also icons

I really don't have expertise when it comes to maps/geotagging. :) Perhaps someone else could pick this feature up?
