Image Inspector should use a droplet instead of a nautilus extension

A nautilus extension has a few disadvantages:
- It is only available in nautilus/Gnome (not in KDE, XFCE, ...)
- It is not hidden in the 'Open with...'
- It doesn't give direct access through the start menu
- It gives clutter in the export menu
-> Make a droplet!
