Make a new website for phatch

These features have to be supported:
1) frontpage
- can be scripted in python and uploaded

2) adsense
- should be possible on all pages

3) documentation
- should be exportable to pdf (sphinx)
- if pdf is possible, might also be a wiki (less important, as we can put a comment email link and nobody seems to edit the wiki anyway)
- in case we are a wiki can just be a pdf upload

4) forum

5) screenshot page
- just static page
- will be scripted in python and uploaded

6) blog
- two blogs in fact, display depending on tagged entries.

Proposal:
Php-fusion (blog + forum),

- other themes but not for phatch:
