A plugin or future feature to be able to select the program wich will open the mail notification

I would like to be able to select the application which will open when i click the new mail notification .... for example i addend live mail to Evolution but if i click the notification in pidgin i will be taken to live mail website.
i would be also nice if the new mail notifications will be shown in the bubble stack of indicator applet
and also if the sendmail button in pidgin would work (open a new mail with the email address inserted i think this is what it was intended to do)
