Allow resizing an image with the mouse a-la MS Paint

Currently the only way to resize an image is by going to the menu and selecting a new size there, which is quite annoying. It'd be great if opine could resize an image the same way MS Paint (or KolourPaint) allows you to: by dragging its borders with the mouse.
