Replace mox3 with mock

In heatclient, some unit tests still use mox3,
which will make the test speed much slow, so I decide to remove it.
Next, i will modify the next files:

(1) heatclient/tests/unit/test_events.py
(2)heatclient/tests/unit/test_common_http.py
(3)heatclient/tests/unit/test_resources.py
(4)heatclient/tests/unit/test_shell.py
(5)heatclient/tests/unit/test_template_utils.py
