contact server to list supported options for each command

currently, our commands are not listing all the options they are supporting. Users have to use quantum xx-show to know what options are probably available for each command. because of the dynamical functions of quantum server ( functions depend on plugin and the supported extensions), we had better to contact server to show the available options if user run 'quantum xx -h'
