set qb's process priority

It would be nice if it were possible to set qb to a different priority level. my desktop/server(nfs) hasn't the really fast drives and to the other users its more important to "immediate" access to the files.
For now i'm doing this via `nice` but its kinda annoying, espacialy if i launch it via gui.
