Add support for OpenStack Clustering service
Senlin is the Clustering service of OpenStack. Its goal is managing collection of homogeneous resources like Nova server, Heat stack and providing advanced features like autoscaling, HA and etc.. In this blueprint, we hope to add support for Senlin service in Rally to enable scenario test for it. Preliminary work may include:
1. Adding service type/name recognition for Senlin service;
2. Implementing plugin for Senlin service;
3. Providing some sample tasks for testing Senlin service;
