Rally provides an excellent featureset for performance testing and reporting. The analysis part of performance test result is however un-addressed. It would help to provide a service-wise breakdown of the time taken for execution to narrow down on the possible causes for performance delay

https://github.com/stackforge/osprofiler It should provide the way via API for OpenStack projects to understand where it works slow.
