Refactor DB schema

The way that Rally store results is not perfect and doesn't allow us to
implement various vital features. This effort will change DB model,
results schema and benchamrk engine. As a result we will be able to
implement such things like:
1) chunking results (scalability)
2) tracking running benchmark results (monitoring)
