Simplify mysql query logs in the .log format

The simplify-mysqltest.pl script can handle .CSV logs and .test files , but can not handle mysql query log files in the default text format. The code from
 http://forge.mysql.com/tools/tool.php?id=134

can be used to process such logs and convert them into executable queries.
