Shows the time spent in the current window in gnome panel

The gnome panel applet was originally going to have this feature, but it would cause the panel to resize randomly, and some people might not want it. I'm working on creating two applets; one is the current standard applet, and another shows the current window and a clock of how long you've been focused on it.

The current implementation (when it doesn't break) resets the timer each time it detects a focus change. I think in addition there could be two other modes: only reset the focus when you have not focused on the app for more than a minute or so (customizable). Also, show the total time spent on the application for the last hour or so (customizable).
Only reset the counter
