Users should tell REVU their e-mail addresses which they use for packaging and a verification mail should be send to them.
[The following part has been superseded: Then, packages should be related to a user using the e-mail address field (and this will make stuff like allowing users to nuke their package possible again).]
Alternativelly, the e-mails could be get from Launchpad if the new API allows this.
