Update ubuntu pakages from main repo to include Kosovo

We will conduct package updates in four parts. The first part is to update all unbuntu packages from the main repo. Other repos are universe, multiverse, and restricted.

Bellow is a list packages from the main repo.

How-to:
1. Please download one package using "apt-get source"
         $ mkdir findutils
         $ cd findutils
         $ apt-get source findutils
2. See the source files, text, code, xml, anything that might need adding Kosovo to it.
3. Compile, install, and test
4. Repackage it
4. Upload it to launchpad.net/rksubuntu
5. Get the next package.
