enhancing converting modes

at this stage the lame engine decides the mode of converting the files unless the mono check box is chosen.
the idea is to increase the number of choices to include ate least the following:
-mono.
-stereo.
-joint stereo.
also these are optional to add:
-forced mid/side stereo.
-dual (independent) channels.
-intensity stereo.
-auto.
