Upgrading "system" Berkeley DB to db-5.3.15

In order for RPM to use Berkeley DB 5.3.15 (planned
in rpm-5.4.5), ROSA needs to create db53 packages
(already done), and then undertake recompiling
all packages that use Berkeley DB to db-5.3.15.
