Deploying ZFS with a linux kernel

ZFS from Sun is an interesting product feature that might
be added to a linux kernel.
There are some serious licensing issues because of CDDL != GPLv2.
The core issue is that CDDL forbids redistribution but permits
usage on end-user systems.
So a dkms scheme downloading and building a file system would need
to be undertaken, with a EULA agreement, in order to satisfy the
legal requirements
