I can just confirm that this blueprint should be left as 'Deferred' in the context of current ROSA/Mandriva rpm activities.
Deferred is fine: but do note buildid issues contained here: a buildid is a candidate
for an identifier that is accurately invariant to package rebuilds by users/customers.
There are very few identifiers based on digests that persist through rebuilds, buildid
and the kernel abi dependencies (and ocaml dependencies) are all in common use
with varying degrees of "upgrade" success.
