In the WebUI we need to view version of the rules on the "Select Rules" and "Validate" tabs.

This versions must comply with OpenStack package versions(e.g. 2013.1.2).
At the "Select Rules" tab we need to know which rule works with wich OpenStack-component version.
At the "Validate" tab, after the validation process, we need to know which version of the component was discovered and which rule version was used.
