Create a forge for Sabily artworks

Assalamo alaykom,

I propose to create a forge for sabily artworks.
This forge should be accessible for anyone who would like to upload his artworks for sabily, like this case: https://lists.launchpad.net/sabily.team/msg04490.html

The main benefits for this forge:
1- having a pool for choices for the official artwork repository for sabily which is located on: http://www.sabily.org/artwork/
2- give sabily users to choose artworks other than official ones.
3- encourage anyone to participate in this field :)
