Home Enhancements
Upon login to home the administrator should be presented with links or icons directing them to common functionality - currently there is only directive text leaving the admin to 'click around' until they figure out where to start.

A basic Home hub has been stubbed out; though it's currently lacking some icons and 'cute' details.

Currently, w/o an ACL, the only user is administrators with full access to all modules. Eventually (after the ACL has been built out) the landing pages could be more customized to roles; however we'll start with a standard 'home'.
A rough sketch of the current ideas:
* Icons for standard actions for each of the 1st level menu items
* A short description next to each item defining what the respective section it is linked to would do
* Icon for an active event to jump to the event dash
* Icons for regular actions like:
* Scenario Mgmt
* Staff Mgmt
* Fac Mgmt
