Add GPX tracklogs to Situation Awareness

As part of the testing at Camp Roberts, we have been successfully putting points from SMS messages into the map. It would be useful to be able to upload GPX tracklogs to put the reconnaissance in context. E.g. being able to view both the tracklog of when the team went, as well as the point reports along the way.
