[UI] Provide support for RDBMS-based data sources

The Sahara dashboard needs to support RDBMS as a data source option. The RDBMS-based data sources can then be used for input/output for running EDP jobs.
Implementation of this will include tests for creating the new data sources as well as testing jobs that use RDBMS-based data sources (also jobs that may use RDBMS as input but another option as output).
