Gluster provides an HCFS (Hadoop Compatible File System) interface - https:/
It should be possible to use Gluster as the storage for Hadoop within a Savanna deployed Hadoop cluster.
There are two use cases -
0) Using Gluster in place of HDFS in the cluster
1) Attaching to an existing Gluster deployment
Activities should include -
. Providing savanna-dashboard & plugin integration, allow "Enable Gluster"
. Creating DIB elements for configuration of Gluster-enabled images
