Merge Sahara Dashboard into horizon and remove old location

Once the Sahara Dashboard is merged into Horizon per bp https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/merge-sahara-dashboard we need to clean up the current location, references to it, tests and anything else that needs to be pointed toward the new location in the Horizon project.

Some additional items (that are probably not part of this blueprint):

* our UI integration Selenium-based tests
* write some unit/functional tests as part of Horizon
* ??

[jpichon 2014.04.10] With regard to integration tests, https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Horizon/Testing/UI and https://github.com/openstack/horizon/tree/master/openstack_dashboard/test/integration_tests may be of interest. For now they live in the Horizon tree, though they will likely move to Tempest in the future. We use the page object pattern.
