[Rename] Savanna to Sahara throughout the wiki.o.o

The new page is https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Sahara, additionally both https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/DataProcessing and https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Data_Processing were added too. All these pages are redirects to the new Sahara page.

Old Savanna namespace redirects all subpages to the Sahara space.

All mentions of Savanna must become mentions of Sahara. We should keep links to the artifacts and docs of old Savanna versions (like 0.3 etc) as is.

For subpages, that we'd like to rename we should add redirects from the old name in new namespace.
redirects should be put in place that map old savanna urls to new sahara urls

owner should feel free to add multiple work items and recruit assistance

Additionally, we should check all external links to our projects in wiki (many of them was already fixed like Programs/Projects pages).
