Configuration model for Vanilla Plugin needs to be refactored

Vanilla plugin continiously includes new processes: recent processes are Oozie and Hive.

1. There are a lot of new variables were included into XML_CONF and ENV_CONF.
2. Also introducing new 'general' config leads to more complicated code.
3. Anoter option would be to reduce number of ssh connection by generating single setup scripts and execute it on the VMs.

+ we should not display ignored / overwritten configurations.

We should refactor current model of config provisioning to allow adding new processes and configurations more easier than now.
