Consolidated custom export changes
Various changes to custom export report:
1. Have unenrolled students excluded as default, with a tick box to add them in
2. Add middle name - to do this split names into 3 columns: First Name; Middle Name; Last Name
3. Add streams in (currently only have groups)
4. Change DOB format to dd/mm/yyyy (is it possible to save this format as standard DOB format for all Ark instances? e.g. it would be like this on the school export as well)
5. Add date of admission
6. Add “username" to "details" drop down

Douglas: a few questions:
1. Would it be OK to add radio buttons like the ones we use in the gradebook:

FRAN: YES BUT PLEASE MAKE IT OBVIOUS THAT ALL INCLUDES UNENROLLED. SO YOU COULD PUT "All (including unenrolled)"
2. Currently the export always shows the Title (first name + last name) as the first column and it cannot be removed or reordered. Should the report now start with these 3 new columns by default? And I assume you want them fully editable (removable and reorder able)?
FRAN: TITLE SHOULDNT BE DEFAULT, BUT FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME AND LAST NAME SHOULD. I DONT THINK THESE NEED TO BE EDITABLE IF THEY ARE NOT CURRENTLY LIKE THAT.
5. What's "date of admission"? The "Effective Date" field in the Level fieldset of the add student form?
FRAN: THE FIELD USED TO IDENTIFY THE DATE WHEN THE STUDENT FIRST CAME ON THE SYSTEM. YES, THIS IS LEVEL DATE.
