Provide an easy way to bowse/download individual widgets

Since Gnome-look.org is de facto main archive of screenlets, we should probably upload our stuff there. If we need to present better interface to screenlets directory than Gnome-look.org, we can use the API again to render the data in some better way on Screenlets.org. I believe that using AptURL and screenshots is quite essential.

If there's a possibility to add screenshots to Debian packages directly, we should also use this. By now it seems not possible to add screenshots of third party packages, but this could change in the future...

We can use Open Collaboration Services to automatically upload screenlets from our PPA to Gnome-look.org.

There is Python implementation of some of OCS in Gwibber:

Maybe there are better/more extensive implementations than we could use.
