This is a blueprint to provide a template for future blueprints. All of the below fields should be populated before a blueprint can be approved. "N/A" is an acceptable answer where applicable.
If the blueprint starts to become complicated or seem like it will benefit from a better tool for tracking comments and changes, then you should submit feature request documentation to gerrit proactively and simply link to it from your blueprint to accommodate better reviews.
