Scratch's block programming is a good way for beginners to create programs/scripts without learning a programming language.
The block UI is open sourced at http://education.mit.edu/openblocks.
We may adopt this UI for creating Sikuli scripts.

Blockly would seem to be easier. Since it uses javascript it would be easier to update, not to mention the fact that they already have a compiler for python so porting it to Sikuli/Jython should be extremely simple.
