For people who have developed their latest stories, they can submit them to whatever the main library is. This could possibly be backed by the Creative Commons foundation, and the books could be sorted into their various categories based on licenses and subjects.

this would be interesting to do however it'd require something like an XML feed ;) which is good because most of this project is XML, we'd need to discuss how to implement this in the code.
