Pluggable framework and runtime support
As a platform developer, I want to be able to plug-in support for my desired language/run time stack into the platform (in the form of a base image), without having to change the core platform code.
The goal is to build an OpenStack native solution that is open to the widest possible development workflows, yet compatible with the existing solutions in the market place.
