Investigated a number of different categorisation systems (e.g. Dewey Decimal, Library of Congress as well as topic specific such as MeSH). These will have use in the future but are limited by over-specific nature or the licensing conditions.
Base categories to be populated from Wikipedia category export (ongoing). Additional 'vocabularies' can be added later to cover topic-specific subjects as required.
