Here's how to do it:
. create a chat dispatcher in SpykeRequests + register it to _skype.OnChat and maybe OnChatMessage, which dispatches to the correct ChannelTypeText based on the chat id string from skype.
. wire up the ChannelTypeText to get the message body and so forth, and push it to telepathy
