Basic torrent handling

Steadyflow should have the option to be able to download torrents, for users who will only downloads a torrent very infrequently. Sensible defaults should be used such as stop seeding at ratio=1. upnp enabled by default, dht enabled by default, block list enabled by default etc. but not have any configuration for them in the ui.

I think this is not an number 1 priority. I think they should first integrate
