Add support of multiple schemes for constellations
I guess we can develop and introduce feature for support of multiple schemes of constellations lines for the sky cultures. For example Western sky culture has a few famous schemes for lines of constellations - H.A. Ray, Sky & Telescope / IAU, Wil Tirion, etc., which can be used in the one sky culture.
This feature require some changes:
a) introducing new section in info.ini file (in general we should revise all possible options for info.ini file of the generic sky culture and document their!)
b) incorporate a new GUI option for choosing scheme of lines if this culture has choice.
c) change the source code of Constellation* files for handling of the new feature

GZ: I don't think this is really needed. Indeed the stick figures are not standardized, and therefore complaints that a line is missing in Stellarium's standard "Western" skyculture are simply futile. This is "our" version, and the artwork in Stellarium is becoming a popular standard. Else you must in the same sense have several artwork sets within the Western skyculture, and have options to specify that e.g. Rey has deliberately no artwork, while Bayer or Flamsteed (if they ever finalize) would have no stick figures then. An instruction segment in the Wiki about how to create/adapt e.g. S&T stick figures must be enough, or we make one in the style of the Rey skyculture (no artwork, or S&T's (copyright?)). Each specialized skyculture should instead come with some passage in the description file that specifies source of artwork and/or stick figures. For non-western skycultures I would be happy to have even one set correctly done (per skyculture), so whatever GUI buttons would be added would remain unused.
