Add easy support for file managers

Hi, i am often using this app. As you know, human is naturaly lazy, so i added own action to my file manager (thunar, but i think it can be any file manager) to video files. I simply click right button on video file, and select my action (the command is "subdownloader --cli --download --rename-subs --lang=cze --video=%f"). It works for me, but problem is that i didnt see progress of searching titles (it cannot find titles or is it still doing something?). So, i write very simple shell script using zenity, but its not perfect. So my ask is: Can you add some new parameter to program, which can show progress bar or error message, if no subtitles were found? Then it could be easily create .deb package depended on SubDownloader and Thunar (for example, or Nautilus...), which only add this actions to this file manager (but it I can do myself :))
