Implement Capel's iterative super-resolution algorithms

The algorithms described in Capel's thesis require (low-resolution image) frames, with their respective relathomographies. Currently, the homographies can be estimated based on SIFT features. Making use of the optimisation routines in SciPy, a super-resolution reconstruction can be made.
