Store and report device history within ring

Currently there is no mechanism to know the history associated with a device within the ring. The following data should be added to each device within ring: created timestamp, updated timestamp, list of weight changes (weight value, timestamp), and device id changes (device id, timestamp). A new command to display device history should also be added so that device history details can be viewed.
