Identify individual PPA source and facilitate downgrade to default

Synaptic needs to identify the individual source PPA for packages installed.
It should also do full changelog checking across ppa's
Synaptic should also allow downgrading from a ppa install to the default Ubuntu/Debian package and offer option to downgrade relevant dependencies from the ppa
This will need some interaction with the history
Possibly a simple start to solving the problems with ppa use would be to allow an "undo" feature on the history page.
