Support persistent volumes for Kubernetes cluster with MgmtDriver

Kubernetes cluster VNF managed with ETSI GS NFV-SOL003 V2.6.1 [1] supports
PersistentVolume for CNF deployed on it. Storage server with Cinder volume
is deployed as VNF and Kubernetes utilize it as a NFS server.
A sample MgmtDriver requires to install and configure the Storage server VNF.
Also, the sample MgmtDriver for Kubernetes cluster VNF is updated to support
PersistentVolume with NFS server.
