Add Service Assurance Engine (SAE) for E2E Services
Until now, Tacker just support life-cycle for VNFs. This spec aims to provide service assurance for E2E Services which will need changes in NFVO. Based on the existing monitoring drivers like alarm monitor or ping (http-ping) driver in Tacker, auto-scaling or auto-healing could be supported for both VNF and VNFFG in E2E services.

Until now, network service did not include VNFFG in Tacker yet. Therefore, the main effort is to focus on VNFFG. This specs firstly proposes changes in order to provide healthcare solutions for SFC. Service assurance support for e2e services will be moved forward once VNFFG is included . It is reasonable because the existing VNFFG implementation will be leveraged to deploy NS in the future.(tung_doan)
Tacker server, Tacker client or even Tacker Horizon will need changes to support life-cycle management (tung_doan)
This spec is anticipated to appear in Pike release (tung_doan)
