This blueprint aims at handling SOL 004 compliant VNF Package.
Though Tacker supports VNF Package compliant SOL 004 [1], it's sample VNF Package is not perfectly compliant with SOL 004.
For example, the current sample VNF package does not include change-history -file and digital certification.
