OpenStackClient is a command-line client for OpenStack that brings the command set together in a single shell with a uniform command structure. Some OpenStack services have implemented their clients as an OpenStackClient plugin, such as python-ironicclient, python-saharaclient, python-heatclient. So I think Tacker may do the same.
